Most of the organizations before never used to believe in training. They never see the value of this as they say training is equivalent with expenses. So what is training and development?
Training and development -- or "learning and development" as many refer to it now -- is one of the most important aspects to our lives and our work. Nowadays, we highly value learning. Yet, despite us having attended many years of 'schooling', many of us have no idea on how to carefully design an approach to 'training and development" per se.
