There are many ways to do this. But i want to share what i just did. Trust me, it's as easy as walking in the park. Even a grader can setup his own blog account!

- First, you just need to go to the Blogger website. Just time www.blogger.com.
- In the Blogger homepage, press the "create a blog" button.
- The follow the instructions provided.
Bingo! There you go. ....so easy!
....and you can start blogging now!
